from the bottom up- I have pulled down the plastic below the rv to inspect everything,(see pics) no rust on frame (aluminum), replaced ALL hydraulics lines WITH HEAVY DUTY HOSING ($500) plus labor, TIRES- BRAND SPANKIN NEW RV TIRES, axle and brakes and leaf springs are in good to great shape, bearings greased, body of rv is in fine shape , all slide outs work and have been resealed on top, no leaks just preventative maintenance., roof is in good shape NO LEAKS AT ALL, 16 FT awning is ok, has some wear on top but works fine, retracts fine looks fine from underneath. ******* I HAVE A GENERATOR ON SITE SO YOU CAN TEST EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY*********IN ALL, THIS IS A NICE RV WITHOUT THE NEW RV PRICE. THANKS EXTERIOR- outside is in good shape.
